Which package fits a gala?

Can you help with the paddle raise?
Our Grand Ball & Fundraiser package includes emcee support for paddle raises and live auctions, with music cues timed to keep energy high while bids come in.
Do you work with volunteer committees?
Yes. We give your committee a single run-of-show and one point of contact, and we coordinate with your beachfront resorts event manager directly.
Can sponsors be woven into the evening?
Sponsor recognition can be built into the grand entrance, the unmasking moment or the second line — tasteful, not a slideshow.
When should a charity ball book?
Six to nine months out for spring and holiday galas in Galveston. Earlier if your date overlaps Mardi Gras season.
